Delete your account

You can delete your NxtShyft account at any time, from the app or the website. Deletion happens right away.

How to delete it

1. Log in to your account.
2. Job seekers: open Profile. Employers: open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm.

Can't log in? Email support@nxtshyft.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, date of birth and login.
• Your profile, photo, video, resume, availability, location and saved jobs.
• Your messages and notifications.
• For employers: your company profile, and all job postings are closed. Any subscription is canceled immediately, with no refund for the rest of the billing period.

Employers you applied to will only see "Former applicant", with no name, contact details or resume.

What we keep

Some records are kept without your personal details, as our Privacy Policy describes: payment, subscription and invoice records, reward point history, records of which terms you accepted, and parental-consent records for minors. Unredeemed reward points are forfeited.
